Parents please take note of the Chorus Calendar in the Student Handbook sent home on the first day of school. First and foremost, please note there is a MANDATORY PARENT MEETING @7 pm on August 21st in the auditorium. Many important topics and topics of great interest will be discussed. 🎶🎶🎶
Also, for your convenience, from 6-7 pm the Chorus Boosters will be collecting any outstanding fees and forms. In addition, we will have a NOTARY present from 6-7 pm, for those who were unable to have their medical release forms notarized beforehand. To expedite this entire process PLEASE COMPLETE ALL FORMS to the furthest extent that you can BEFORE ARRIVAL and PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY (early enough to allow adequate time to complete everything before the meeting starts) To respect everyone’s time we must begin the meeting promptly at 7 so PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY! 🎶😄🎶
